Well, if you can’t enjoy that game I suggest you’re dead inside and maybe football isn’t for you anymore

Not for me.

I didn’t watch it, nor do I feel like I’ve missed out.

It looked great fun, but the fact it finished 6-4 shows it for the farce it is.

Those games are always great fun, but they mean nothing which makes them hard to watch for me.

Yeah its dumb as fuck. Might very well be a fun watch but theres no real point to it. Its bothering me more than it should but using a 6-4 meaningless game to crown mbappe top scorer has upset me too

Well, to me it softened the blow a bit of our pretty gut wrenching exit.

Yeah, it’s kinda meaningless, but it was nice to leave the world cup with a mad, highly entertaining game, rather than our bleak surrender being the final act.

Haha youre not 1 of them are you. Something you dont like and you go on the internet to insist its a conspiracy or a hoax. The scamdemic?? The moon landings?? Chemtrails?? 911?? Messi?? The MSM??

People seem to find comfort on the internet explaining away the things they dont like as just not being fair or not happening

A friendly for the reserves - don't remember past 3rd/4th(bronze) place play off games, let alone the results

They tried it with FA Cup losing semi-finalists in the early 1970s, gave up after 3 or 4 seasons; we were in one of them - lost!

4th in the FA Cup - who cares?

Haha did they? I didn't know that. Thats ridiculous least with the world cup its a big separate event/tournament and it's still silly. 3rd and 4th in the fa cup is beyond crazy

Lost to Stoke 2-3 at Selhurst Park with about 5,000 in attendance; we were 2-0 up and Bally missed a penalty!

Hope Argentina win tonight to see Messi lift it again.
