Moyes won't let him go unless he gets others in. For those younger than me, can you explain why we don't play Grealish in the 10, keep the Stork on the left and use Ndiaye or Dibbling right. Obviously if McNeil goes, Ndiaye goes back on the left. Can't see how Moyes doesn't see Grealish as way more effective central. Thanks in advance

I was calling for it earlier in the season too... Not sure how well he can press though, certainly would give us a lot more in the 10 imo from an offensive perspective though as defenders wouldn't be able to double up on him constantly.

That's my thinking. He's a class act, but wide left with 2 defenders on him, with no players running for him, he's predictable now. In the middle, he can go left, right or thread through balls for our striker. Barry isn't a trad CF who loves heading it. He needs balls in front so he can use his feet to effect.

Moyes has no apparent interest in traditional wingers.

Maybe he doesnβt think they are effective without functioning fullbacks

Rumours of Dyche wanting to take him to Forest which Moyes addresed in his press conference. We've got to take that deal if it happens to be the case, regardless of the lack of options we have at the moment.

Not that I really care or anything, but who would he replace at Forest?

Squad player. But we canβt let him go until we have a replacement signed up - our squad is too small

How much would we want for him?

Β£15m would be the absolute max I'd imagine we could get for him.

Think hes worth at least that. You dont get a good championship player for that. Certainly wouldn't take less

I really doubt anyone would pay more tbh, I was originally thinking Β£20m given his age and goal involvements for us before this season... But I think given his form this year and lack of pace there's very few teams would be interested and so valuation would be fairly low.
I've got a soft spot for Dwight because I do feel he's done well for us and had some really key goal involvements, but he seems levels below his best this year and it's hard to believe he's got the ability to get back to those previously shown.

Was our best player for a short spell, but it ainβt now.
