I'd imagine we'd go for Walker-Peters.

Would obviously love Jonathan David although don't think he'd be putting them numbers up in the Premier League.

Wouldn't mind big Johnny Tah as well.

Some good free transfers there in fairness.

Anguissa would be a good option for us

I highly doubt we'd be in for Jonathan David but obviously a big fan. Too many other clubs will be interested.

Most two footed player I've ever seen, incredible movement, and elite goal scorer.

However, we would need to reduce the lumps forward, he is ok physically but that is not his game. Get players around him, and ball on the floor to see the best of him.

Lots of work to be done this summer, although I think Gana and Doucoure are coming back. Probably Young as well.

Still need an actual RB, probably an upgrade at LB, a proper 6/DM, striker and one wide player.

I doubt we actually get all of that this summer but 3/5 would certainly set us up to push the top half and outside chance at Europe.

How is Messi’s market value rated at €20M?

He’s worth more than that in shirt sales, foreign markets, exposure and marketing alone.

He does seem talented though.

Hopefully that's the case.

Be fantastic if we could land this lad.

Pickford could potentially be helpful in attracting him.

He's been linked to Newcastle as well and was a boyhood fan of theirs apparently, not sure Sunderland can handle the optics of that deal though.

He is talented, I just don't know if we're in the right place to be signing 17 year old prodigies for significant amounts of money. It's the sort of signing where you'd want him to stay another year on loan at Sunderland if you bought him.

Teamtalk pinch of salt warning, but I know we all like random rumours
