I’m probably in the opposite mindset to everyone else where I don’t want it to be moved to the sat as I’m working that day and won’t be able to go if it’s moved to Sat

Presuming they won’t have any premier league games clashing with the FA Cup Final which is the sat though

I assume they'll play it safe with the Europa and won't put either of those matches provisionally on the Monday night. So we've got one of:

Wolves v Fulham
Everton v Sunderland
Leeds v Brighton or Chelsea v Tottenham

Newcastle v West Ham would be my guess.

Have Burnley been on enough (there's a minimum amount of games that are guaranteed), Arsenal potentially winning/losing the league is a decent option as well
