Dibbling seems like a much more exciting talent to me, and I think if we thought Fellows was up to it we'd have signed him by now. Can't imagine it's a hard task to get him.

Dibbling would be in straight away, not sure why people think he's not ready. If we can play a season with Harrison and Lindstrom there then a much more talented player would be starting every game.

I just think everything I've read and watched about Dibbling rates him as a bonified wonderkid with enormous potential which is something that excites me, and I just want to be excited by at least one of our signings.
But Dibbling didn’t start every week with Southampton and they were awful last season, got relegated too, he averaged 57 minutes per game in the league with them.

We need someone to do 90.

I’m not saying Fellows is the answer either, there must be someone else available for £40m or less who can do what we need them to do now.

Don’t think he was linked but I would love him here. Seems to be a better version of Nydiaye/Alcaraz

Wouldn't that make him the best player in the world?

The positive here is that the players we seemed willing to wait and see with grealish, the lad from Lyon, Luiz, DH extra haven't gone anywhere. So so far our tactic hasn't been proven wrong. Doesn't seem like we've currently completely missed out on much. Certainly not anyone we spent time waiting for

Once we get in a CM and RW, I will be far more relaxed. But until then, it’s crisis mode in terms of squad numbers.

I mean Garner played decently yesterday, but he does some strange things. Quite an inconsistent player actually, as he has real quality moments, but then also lots of small mistakes in his game that add up. A starting CM is vital in this transfer window.

Also, McNeil at RW does not work at any level. It’s wishful thinking he could even play one PL game there, let alone 10-15. He will barely make it into our first XI, and should not be much more than a squad player. Ideally, we need two players that can play on the right in this window. One starting and one for rotation.

Get in Lopy, KDH, Dibbling, Justin, Grealish, and a young cb, and we would be solid and potentially expansive

Moyes' happier tone must be due to us receiving the nod from KDH & Dibling's "people" to throw bids in.

Im most concerned about our RB at the moment.

DH will be a solid pick up, hopefully Dibling gets done without too much more bidding.

But the lack of natural right sided width frightens me.

JOB has that one covered I think.
Keane will be promoted to 3rd CB (that should ring alarm bells!)

Our Senegalese boys will rope Lopy in, don't worry.

Agreed, after a CM I think it's our biggest weakness.

JOB does a good job as a stand in, but he doesn't defend like a fullback and his only threat going forward is from set pieces.

We need an actual prem standard right back.

Van Ewijk of Coventry looks like he's off to Wolfsburg, feel we've missed out there would've been at a decent price and Coventry fans feel he'll go right to the top
