Everton have reached an agreement with Chelsea this evening for the signing of Tyrique George. The Toffees are now set to begin talks with the 20 year-old over personal terms 🔵

Yep they clearly say
renegotiated the upfront fee to £18m with a remaining £6m in add-ons based on European qualification and appearances, while Chelsea have included a 15% sell-on clause.

Poorly worded opening 24m inc add ons ,

Max 24m however they word it .....
