I fear the fate of the historian who fails to comprehend the true gravitas of the situation in the survival of 10-man Hearts in their encounter with Dundee...

Been up to Manchester this weekend to watch Exeter City break records with a group of mates which was unfortunate to say the least. But we made a proper weekend of it so also went Preston v Wigan on Friday and Man Utd v Brighton today. Had a cracking time TBH, did a walking tour Saturday morning, National Football Museum this morning and back down to Devon tomorrow. Superb.
Up for the Leeds game and a weekend in Liverpool with my wife at the end of the month.

I expect him to do fantastic things if they get to play a struggling Championship side every week!

They've finally managed to kill the FA Cup now that it's not even on council TV anymore. Used to always love a random lower league team playing someone far higher than them, I never even watched our game never mind any others.

Couldn't have put it better myself gash.
Killed it they have.
When we went out of the fa cup i was pissed off for days in years gone by, saturday i was over it after 10 mins reminding myself how shit they had now made it.
The third round day used to be one of the best afternoons of the season, 32 ties of all kinds, what did we have saturday? 7 or 8 at 3 pm.
Same with the stage managed draw, can't remember the last time i watched it.
Don't get me wrong, i'd still love to have a good run in it , even win it but going out of it doesn't hurt anywhere near like it used to.

I hate the fact that they have gotten rid of replays as well, lower league clubs don't get as much money now.
