Anyone else think the Egyptians were hard done by ? Think their goal would not have been ruled out if Messi had scored it,think Salah had a legit shout for a pen.

Not Salah as he was already nearly horizontal when he got the innocuous tap on the foot.

But there was a shirt pull on Egypt in the box that needed to be looked at that wasn't.

Didn't think I'd be sad for Egypt so soon after they beat us, but yeah, thinking they definitely didn't get the run of the green.

Scoring three and saving a Messi penalty should be enough.

Definitely very subjective calls made on the Egyptian team overall, definitely if the shoe was on the other foot Messi and co would get it .......not sure I like the same passage play scenario, not his fault he ran the length of the pitch with skill etc.....

Either way should have seen it out 11 mins

The US red card fiasco means FIFA have lost any trust in their integrity now and countries are calling foul.

The salah 1 is never a penalty. The ball is behind him because the defender has already tackled him

The disallowed goal seems a bit ridiculous because the goal is 100 yards from the foul but its definitely a foul

It’s a foul but how far back do we need to go.

Also, they did score after it so it didn’t really matter.
