Definitely no way was that 100% in the area, Comms can fuck off too , they are just getting worse , who can scream the loudest

blacburn were robbed with that pen shout from the ref - he is purely guessing
if the ref is not 100 per cent sure its in the area he cant give it
no one would have complained if he had not given it
3 points taken away by incompetence
and
as for the comms - it has to be the worst

Ive not seen the decision so not commenting on that itself but surely if hes not sure but 100% sure its a foul then it has to be best guess where it took place. You cant just not make the bigger decision because its not 100% though thats what refs almost always do
