Yes, it did tend to drift off, loud enough initially then people obviously looked at their neighbours giving them disapproving looks and stopped.Mouse wrote: ↑Sat Mar 21, 2026 10:14 pm South Stand, row 17, you could hear the booing. It was a bit embarrassing and there were a few token boos drifting off into mumbles. Certainly loud enough for Gana to react to the crowd. Hopefully, that’s it out of people’s systems. Point made, now let’s move on.

What. A. Fucking. Day.
Firstly watch the shite get absolutely mugged off by Brighton and then a comprehensive win at home against a bunch of arrogant can't be arsed Chelsea superstars to put us in contention for the champions league places finished off by a night at the pub. Fucking brilliant. Ndiaye's goal an absolute pearler and Beto fucking fabulous. UTFT!!!!

I’m three seats away from the gap between us. There was one gobby cunt who was giving it all the ‘sign on’ shit and other stuff. Looked like an extra from the Hobbit. When the second went in he was trying to give it large when the third went in someone shouted ‘Fuck off back to the shire Frodo’ and he never said anything else after that

Yeah they got the v's when we scored, shortly after their sign on chants.Brownie wrote: ↑Sat Mar 21, 2026 10:51 pm I’m three seats away from the gap between us. Did have a lovey chat to a chelsea fan for the hour back on the train though, humble and very knowledgable, represented his club well.

What a cracking day out, loved the stadium, atmosphere and what a result, such a perfect day, what a bunch of melts Chelsea players are.
Re: Everton v Chelsea
Yes when he came on and again when he was involved in a play once or twice. Wasn't very loud and wasn't addressed by the commentators I had. Disappointing nonetheless. Enjoy your Guinness.
Re: Everton v Chelsea
what a fucking result
I will be coming to Galway and watching it in the same pub every fucking home game if that's the guarantee.
I may be a little tipsy ...

Re: Everton v Chelsea
Putting this in perspective, we thrashed a team that is crowned the world champions of club football at a stadium which we’ve struggled recently to call our new home.
All that money they spent and yet they are only 2 points above us in the table.
