Looks like another everton standard loan. They are shite. They've sacked their manager. He's so far not getting many minutes
We consistently get loans completely wrong. We even struggled to get barkley and Gordon decent loans so it's not always down to the quality of our players either. Feels like we just send them wherever and hope for the best

Tbf he’s only been there about a week there’s plenty of time for him to play.

He’s been there two weeks.
We’ve had some good ones and bad ones.
Ultimately if you’re good enough you’ll prove it just like gordon and Barkley did.

I agree with you that we are generally shit at loans, but this is way too early to judge this one.
Derby are clearly shit and need something to change. He’ll get a go at some point and then it will be up to him to make it stick.

Haha, been on loan about two weeks and the new manager took over a day ago. The position they're in, if he's good enough and doing enough in training then he'll get games. We've not always worked the loan system well but it's a two way thing, the player also needs to make the most of their chance and get as many games as possible, it's daft to write off his loan this early and with everything that's happened and Derby.
Dixon's another that should be out on loan, 20 years old, probably fifth choice right back at the moment and even with an injury crisis isn't get a sniff at any game time. It's a crucial time in his development and he needs to be playing rather than hanging around here.

I believe Armstrong will play a big role from next week, Eustice wants him in as he’s not set in Warnes ways of playing.

Who's in charge of the U18s? Is Keith Southern on our coaching staff?
It seems David Lucas(?) is GK coach

Good to see Harrison Armstrong sitting on the bench earlier as Derby lost 0-1 at home a brought on 5 subs. Cracking decision to loan him there.
