It's been great, United have that magic mix of being decent going forward, but dodgy at the back. Makes it great to watch as a neutral.

And Bournemouth are usually great to watch of course.

It would massively improve the PL if in certain randomly picked games the referee simply announced after 90 minutes that it's next goal wins now.

Ben Godfrey going all cryptic on Instagram.

Rumours his loan has been cancelled at Sheffield United and he might be retiring at 27.

Was never the greatest player but his drop off has been quite dramatic.

Certainly something going on with him. Was rumours about him having heart issues after a terrible bout of covid.

Yeah some of us don't recover from Covid, I'm nearly 6 years in and the damage it's done to my body and autonomic nervous system is irreparable. Can't imagine trying to maintain a high level sporting career with lasting damage from it is sustainable, probably done well to continue as long as he has.

I was at the Newcastle match tonight and can't say I saw anything that suggests they've got a chance again this year.

Although would say I was extremely envious of them bringing on Tonali, Waltermade, Gordon and Elanga off the bench, makes you realise just how far we are behind some teams in squad building, and how we're doing well to be above teams like Newcastle in the league.
