Daniel Muñoz: In addition to the offer presented by Nottingham Forest, a proposal recently made official by EVERTON

has now been added.

Similar conditions and an open bidding war for the close of the transfer window.
Looks like he's about to ask me why I left the keys upon the table

It’s criminal we haven’t got a right back in yet

Yeh not sure paying big wages out to two 30+ year olds in one windows is a wise move, in Grealish and Munoz.

Huge couple of days for the recruitment team this.
Can lose or build a lot of faith with the fanbase.
Need to replace Iliman properly, not just get Grealish in and think those wing options are good enough.
And need to get a right back, but a good one that’s been worth waiting for.
You have to hope they’ve been prepared for this and are ready to spend the money well.

Grealish, George, Johnson, Dibling is a fine set of four wingers with emergency backup from Rohl, Aznou etc
If we sell Ndiaye and bring in Grealish I really doubt that we're also buying another winger

We aren't getting Munoz btw, if he has the option of playing under his former manager then there's little chance he comes here imo.

Massive doubts over all of them isn’t there?
George, looks good and exciting but I wonder what his numbers will look like over the course of a season.
Dibling, looks well off it, loan and replace ideally
Grealish, 31 off the back of a six month injury.
Johnson, will frustrate if we have to rely on him to start a lot of games
Definitely need a winger who we can trust to perform over the course of a season.

The biggest red flag for me is that we are doing business/no business with a manager in charge who probably won’t be here next season. The manager situation was the most impotyant thing to sort out to start with. Now we look like we are going to be up against it when and if we sell one of our best players and don’t get in a RB. Moyes should have gone end of the season

A dead man moaning is a hard sell to a player who has other suitors.

There are doubts over pretty much the whole squad though, aren't there?
If Pickford gets injured, are we happy with the back-up? No RB, Mykolenko/Aznou at LB, CBs, Armstrong/Hackney/Norgaard in midfield, Barry/Beto up front.
If they don't get a RB and replace Ndiaye/JOB, for example, they'll be huge cock-ups. But it doesn't really matter what business we do between now and the end of the window, some people will always expect more and use it as a stick to beat the Moyes/the hierarchy with.

A 6 foot CB who can play RB, but generally doesn't.
Hmmm, probably too small to play CB effectively in the premier league, and not a proper RB.
Doesn't sound all that appealing tbh.

He sounds a bit rubbish.
We’ll sign him.
