The biggest red flag for me is that we are doing business/no business with a manager in charge who probably won’t be here next season. The manager situation was the most impotyant thing to sort out to start with. Now we look like we are going to be up against it when and if we sell one of our best players and don’t get in a RB. If Pickford gets injured, are we happy with the back-up? No RB, Mykolenko/Aznou at LB, CBs, Armstrong/Hackney/Norgaard in midfield, Barry/Beto up front.

If they don't get a RB and replace Ndiaye/JOB, for example, they'll be huge cock-ups. But it doesn't really matter what business we do between now and the end of the window, some people will always expect more and use it as a stick to beat the Moyes/the hierarchy with.

Hmmm, probably too small to play CB effectively in the premier league, and not a proper RB.
