Fuck off Moyes.

A 28 year old RB with 233 PL appearances and he's scored 4 goals and got 20 assists and most of the that would have been whilst he was at Man United.

So fed up of fullbacks who can't attack.

1 goal contribution every 10 appearances. Can't be arsed.

He gets up and down and is a decent defender.
At £10m, it's a warm body that keeps Keane out of the starting line up.
Enough of a reason on its own to go ahead with it.

Inventible, unfortunately even with those stats he's better than any of other fullbacks....but surely there have to be well rounded right backs in the world, aged what like 22-25 who can be trusted to defend and are capable of crossing the ball?

The Athletic’s reported transfer fee: Nominal

Contract length: Two years

First impressions: King of putting the cones out, right? Warmed the bench for two Carabao Cup games, but Everton are out of that competition now. Training standards: unknown.

Verdict: With Jordan Pickford playing every week, and even in the FA Cup too, the job of Everton’s third-choice goalkeeper is essentially a full-time morale-booster role.

---

166. Mark Travers, Bournemouth to Everton
Reported transfer fee: £4million

Contract length: Four years

First impressions: The 26-year-old isn’t going to usurp England’s No 1 Jordan Pickford. Standard No 2 goalkeeper stuff.

Verdict: Two Carabao Cup appearances formed the entirety of his on-pitch season, a 2-0 home win against Mansfield Town and a 2-0 defeat at Wolves. Had a great view of the new stadium, though.
Injury and cup coverage aside, this sort of flippant analysis of goalkeeper signings always overlooks the importance of decent keepers for training sessions.

I think in what is quite quickly becoming a rather crowded field, this would be another major red flag.

Yeah be pleased with him. Wanted him before WH tbh, just a solid RB. Something we desperately need. Sort the Left please too

I think most fans of most teams would look at Wan Bissaka in their first team and feel underwhelmed.

I think our fans would see the signing the same.

I also think watching him play RB would be like watching prime Cafu after seeing O'Brien there for the past 18 months.

He's a competent premier league RB, and when was the last time we could say we had one of those regularly in our side?

Not the signing I want but do think he'd make a massive difference to what we usually see on our right side.

Pretty sure he's been kept out the team by Walker-Pieters at times this season.

A player with no resale value who can't kick a ball but I will have to painfully watch try to play for the next 3 years anyway. Oh well.

Also another indication that Moyes is very much calling the shots. Soucek next.
