Fair enough if they finish 4th and us 5th, but why us if we both finish 4th?
It goes on the countries coefficient if league placing is equal.
So the same reason we're getting a 5th spot

Bobble has reportedly said on his Patreon that everything is OK and has been sorted, so no need to worry about where us and Roma finish or logistics, we will be fine.

I’m glad Bobble works at UEFA

Politics seems to take precedence at UEFA so I wouldn't read too much into whatever may or may not happen until it happens.

Couldn't be bothered sticking Palace on with 42 after they went level with Newcastle so removed them both for now. Obviously Man United and Leeds are playing at Old Trafford tomorrow which will affect the points average slightly but not significantly.
The only match I see as a guaranteed defeat for us is Man City at home. If we can get 10 points from the other 5 then that puts us on 57 points. We'll still be in with a shout in defeat because it's that close but beating the shite would really do wonders for out chances of Europe wherever it could be.
It's also not hard to imagine us failing to win any of our next 3 which would kill momentum.

City are playing really really well, but I wouldn't say that we couldn't get a draw. Difficult to look at Liverpool as a rival until we beat them in the derby.
Brentford have very hard away games left but decent home games. Brighton are just a good side and could easily overtake us, but they can be inconsistent. That's the same story for the rest of the teams as well.
If we got 7 points out of the next 6, that wouldn't be a disaster and would probably keep us in the top half. As long as we don't have a stinker of a run then we should put ourselves in a competitive position.

If we can somehow get a win next weekend then we'll definitely finish somewhere between 5th and 12th.

So many permutations.
This helps play out a few scenarios, depending on whether you are honest with yourself or not....
