Err, I think he was trying to say how Paraguay will chase anything and that their dogs throw the sticks for them to fetch... but then went down a Rabbit hole of whether Paraguay was actually landlocked and therefore had no beaches for the dogs to throw the sticks on.

Warnock must have worried his co-host was having some sort of breakdown live on air.
