I think armstrong should be at preston. He is ready but I think hes also much of a much with what we've already got and tim or George much better options in terms of balance (depending where hes playing)AjaxAndy wrote: ↑Sat Feb 07, 2026 3:54 pm Hope Moyes having a different view of the match today helps him see just how badly he's setting us up at the moment!
Defensive has been appalling but it's not helped by the lack of shape in midfield.
Armstrong is clearly ready for this level but he's not a wide player and he doesn't look particularly creative either... Move him central, take off Gana and bring on George please.
Tbh I'd rather Tim than Armstrong be playing (centrally) as we lack combativeness in there. We also lack positional sense though so could potentially not help matters.
There's things we all see that Moyes just can't for some reason:
Patterson at RB > O'Brien
KDH in a midfield 3 > playing as a 10
Garner without Gana next to him > Gana playing.
Think the fact we've created a few chances means Moyes won't change it, but the reality is we're lucky to be going in at half time only a goal down, and not for the first time in recent weeks.

Did we not make any changes?
Good grief Moyes.
Yeah, I’d be happy with what I saw from that selection first half too.

Re: Fulham v Everton
He must be high up in the stands and think we are doing ok , either that and thinks we are playing in white
Re: Fulham v Everton
I said it last week and i'll say it again.
Of all the combinations we could have at centre back keane and tarks is the worst yet last week we had it and this week we got it.
I'm sick to fucking death of seeing O'Brien at right back, get him in the middle or leave him out and play patterson or garner there.
Ffs we got a near full strength squad available and he still won't play players where they should be

Re: Fulham v Everton
So throughout the season he has taken off players at HT who have not played as bad as Keane has today and yet he is still on the pitch.

Re: Fulham v Everton
Decent start to the second half but a bit toothless.
