Always suss on Dutch league attackers.
I wanted chucky, I wanted neres, I wanted antony, I wanted brobbey, your man at Bournemouth ATM, I wanted that blonde pretty boy number 9 who got his phone robbed by a team mate...Karl...son or something, think he ended up being jarg as well.
But he would be exciting and he might be The One you never know.

Forest will be desperate to get him with MGW going to Spurs, but you’d like to think we’d be a more attractive proposition than them or Bournemouth, but I could see him being great under Iraola.
He might prefer Germany of course, and Leipzig and Leverkusen are good clubs, so we’ll see.
Think the MGW move to Spurs has been blocked and Forest suing Spurs for illegal approach.

Yeah but their owner is hatstand, and if a player wants a move he generally gets it

Yeah, I wanted Dolberg too…
…that was before he turned out to be a dud

A wavy winger called bakayoko from holland doesn’t fill me with confidence.

I dunno, Shandy Andy wasn’t all bad.

Yeah I remember the love in for Dolberg.
He looks alright this Bakayoko but looks kinda 1 dimensional to me.

There is no such thing as a "sure bet" winger. They are all flaky and inconsistent.
As such, prioritize youth, athleticism, and value (so you can buy more than one).

Still feel we need at least 2 wingers in anyway.

Yeah, we need two. Probably one £20m winger and one cheap rotation option.
Would prefer a player from a more competitive league for a £20m-ish fee but no complaints about adding a young, pacy, talented option to the squad.
Talk has dried up a bit and he has less upside than say Kubo or Bakayoko but I like the idea of Fellows from West Brom. He has the right skill set for supplying Beto and Barry. Probably needs a reliable counter move to shifting the ball from his left foot to his right before dinking in a cross or cutting it back, though.

I was gonna mention fellows. If we got a Kubo or Bakayoko type then it would allow fellows more time to develop as he's younger.
Looks very much like a right sided McNeil to me so would be good to have as an option.

We’re getting someone like Fellows in and the second one will be Jack Harrison.
We don’t buy tricky athletic wingers here really.

£20m only gets you the cheap rotation option.

I would bet that Fellows is more ready than the other two.
There’s obviously a big difference between the PL and Championship but it’s a smoother transition for players with the talent to make the leap.
And that’s where the question is with Fellows for me. Is he athletic enough and does he have enough variation in his game to make the step up to a midtable PL side?
