He still has that fire about him to achieve more in the game. The way he speaks and carries himself tells me that he wants to manage for some years to come.

He will go through periods that are frustrating to fans but unless you are one of the very top clubs, i think that comes with the territory of being a football fan in general.

We are very lucky to have him at the club. He is so underrated and it’s only when a manager like Moyes leaves and gets replaced do you realise what you had. He is the perfect fit for us at a perfect time in our history.

He's noted himself several times that we don't score many goals but we've not done a whole lot tactically to try and alleviate that - it does leave a niggling worry at the back of your mind that we'll still be watching negative football even in 18 months with some new signings and everybody fit.

There was a period under him though where we played some good attacking football so he does have it in him, it's just been a long long time since we've seen it.

His latter years in his first spell was easy on the eye, but he had an Arteta, Pienaar, Baines, Coleman, Osman and Cahill. Hopefully he builds something similar.

Moyes doing a great job of making sure we don't qualify for Europe before we are ready in a season or two's time.

Out entire line up is back to front, we should be focusing play down the right not the left now Grealish is out.

Moyes plan seems to be one wide CAM whose job it is to start wide and cut inside whilst the fullback overlaps, and one winger who is a solo dribbler with a defensive fullback beside him and for some reason we’ve gone with.

Wide CAM: Ndiaye
Dribbling winger: McNeil/Dibling
Attacking fullback: Mykolenko
Defensive fullback: Patterson

Is it just me or are all of those players better suited to the opposite role?

The club needs to sell McNeil behind the manager’s back to save Davey from himself.

I think that was more to do with Leeds dropping super deep and trying to protect a goal advantage than much else tbh.

I wouldn't be against a 3 at the back, but I wouldn't be playing Dibling as a right wing back. I think we'd have been better off putting him in the 10 tbh, Armstrong is clearly talented but not creative enough to play that role... Would be worth a try at least.
