What did we even do to get a 2nd charge? Any information on the breach?

Hopefully our points deduction should be minimal, perhaps even zero given that we have already been charged for the majority of the period in question, and that the charges are probably very similar in nature.

But this is the Premier League, so I suppose anything goes.

It's almost like the punishment is handed out arbitrarily, but i'm sure that would never be the case.

Weren't forest 34.5m over a 60m limit so close to 60% over while we were 19.5 over 105m or less than 20%

Honestly it hurts my head. Just making it all up as the go along and then scraping it so they can make it all up again
