I'd only accept a strip that had been spat on by NdiayeTrowel wrote: ↑Mon Apr 07, 2025 5:07 pm The framed Goodison grass is (officially) up for sale now - I'm in two minds about the price/value of this:

We must be playing the last two home games on sand then, since these are due to ship on or around 25th April.Trowel wrote: ↑Mon Apr 07, 2025 5:07 pm The framed Goodison grass is (officially) up for sale now - I'm in two minds about the price/value of this:

Fair play to the new owners for their business acumen and capitalising on as many potential revenue streams as possible - there’s plenty of money to be made selling grass.Trowel wrote: ↑Mon Apr 07, 2025 5:07 pm The framed Goodison grass is (officially) up for sale now - I'm in two minds about the price/value of this:

It says it's from this season, rather than the current pitch, so whatever is knocking about from maintenance.

Well seeing as we’ve not relayed the pitch during the season then it’s bullshit, and does anyone really believe there’ll be much grass on after the “final” final whistle?
They could cut a few yards off the back of the goals or sidelines and it would be enough to fill enough of those frames with a two inch strip, that’s still part of the pitch, what are you going to do with a bit off grass after it’s died ?Bluebridge wrote: ↑Fri Apr 11, 2025 2:49 pm Well seeing as we’ve not relayed the pitch during the season then it’s bullshit, and does anyone really believe there’ll be much grass on after the “final” final whistle?
Most grasses in Liverpool end up dead
