The most important part of a change of leadership is to retain consistency from the previous regime.
Two points deductions in a year? Perfect

Kin'ell, literally out of the frying pan and into the fire. Be lucky if they're found improper.
They’ll be found ‘suitable for Everton’.

So what the PL said would be a 10 week review period is now in its 17th week and no sign of being concluding anytime soon.
Supposedly, the PL are loath to approve new owners with such a chequered and concerning reputation, but they know rejecting them could well result in us going into administration - which wouldn’t be a good look for the league.
This does need resolving soon though or we might see us sell an asset before deadline.

It is terrifying to think of these owning us. Fucking hell.

777 takeover -> survive as a club -> move into BMD -> some non-cunts buy us out -> we win the lot
That’s our ideal scenario, imo.

What could go wrong?

I'm hoping not but it's hard to see a positive. All the stories are negative, the examples worrying, but I can't see the sunny uplands here. I really hope we're wrong

Maybe that’s why they were late for their other payments, funneling their capital to us.

I suspect that these loans are simply converted to equity IF they eventually get PL approval. If they do not get approval then I imagine they will want immediate repayment with astronomical interest payment. Only hope is that a mega Arab/American/Asian billionaire steps in then and buys the club outright and pays off loans, it’s a slim hope though.

The issue here is, Moshiri simply isn't arsed.
He's done now and simply just wants out, he isn't arsed one bit about the welfare of the club after he sells.
This is only going to go one way unfortunately.
