No dickheads policy. You don't have to be a saint, just not a dickhead.

It's not the characteristic you want destroying or destabilising any positive and professional culture, when they've made so many signings avoiding these bad apples.

It's an absolute non negotiable for me, and good on the club so long as it continues.
