Santos and Tielemans would not excite me at all as Man U fan, looking to their rebuild.

5 year deal as well. Not quite Casimero levels of 'money down the pan' but he's probably only got another couple of 40 games a season years left in him given how much he's already played.

I think he’s brilliant and very deserving of a big move.

If you can get two years out of him at his best then he’s well worth that money.

He has been playing since he was 17 and has a few injuries being him so it is a risk.

It is a bit of a risk with his injury record, but the main downside (financial) would only really matter if Man United were at all constrained by PSR…which apparently they aren’t.

If it doesn’t work out…onto the next one for them.

Why are Spurs turning down 46m for Bergval - hes absolutely average and I can't believe Newcastle are even offering that.

50 million feels like the new 15/20m, some of the prices seem insane for the quality of player
