Hopefully they let him get a few words in instead of speaking over him constantly like they do to everyone else.

Will probably be terrible that, big Dunc is quite easily led imo.
Hopefully Rooney is on there as well.

Expecting a riveting tale of him hammering a burglar, getting red cards etc.

He was great.
Was actually quite interesting listening to him talk about how he used to coach the academy players and how obsessed he was about possession.
Think I’ll get his book tbh. Probably know all I need to know at this point but he is a fascinating character.

Obviously not that type of podcast would have preferred them to ask him how he ended up losing 14 in 18 at Forest Green. They always allow guests to big themselves up without any push back on there.

Yeah was a good watch that.
I get the sense he's a bit frustrated that he's still put in the ''brainless hardman'' box (while simultaneously falling back on it a bit himself), and he wants to show he's got a bit more about him.

Thanks for the heads up, will check it out. Normally I watch it in a hyper-confused state of hating Neville and Keane but loving Ian Wright. Takes a lot of energy for me to watch so I don’t watch many. Will grab this one though, thanks.

Forgot that's out soon - I ordered it almost a year ago! Co-written with Henry Winter, and with a foreword from Ancelotti. Signed pre-order links for anyone else interested (buy independent):

It's a podcast, not Paxman/Frost/Day grilling a politician.

"What wrong at Forest Green" wouldn't exactly be a grilling though.
Probably just annoyed at the likes of Benitez and Lampard spouting nonsense on there unchallenged.
