We are genuinely bare bones like, if charlys injury (or whatever?) is serious we have really 3 midfielders for 2 positions until the end of Jan, and Röhl has only played in the 10 so he's untested.

We’ll be fine. Put Keane in the middle as a screening DM. Keep Jake at CB and Patti at RB. Maybe SuperGarner can also play CF? We haven’t tried him there yet.

Yeah I hate it but a recall might be necessary.

Might burn our bridges with PNE though. Maybe we could send McNeil there instead…..?

Suppose it makes sense for him to spend a month with us to be used or not as we see fit. We have the option to send him back as well once things look better so he can pick up where he left off.

According to Paddy Boyland... I'm guessing you can't play for more than 2 clubs in a season, but there's no limitations on how many times you can switch between those 2 clubs (transfer windows permitting).

Might not be used much to be absolutely frank and I think that's okay.

He's coming back as cover for us, and hopefully back on loan once we get some bodies back.

If he gets played I will obviously be very eager to watch but I won't be surprised if he doesn't immediately blow our socks off. Expectation is that he proves himself in the championship not immediately steps up mid season into the prem.

If he comes back, doesn't play AND stays for the rest of the season on loan I would be disappointed but I can't see that.

June 2028, signed an extension before he went to Derby.
