Highest win percentage of any permanent Everton manager since Kendall in the 80s but you do you.

Worst game- Burnley 3-2. The feeling I had after that game was sickening. Thought we were gone.

Best signing- Pickford. The reason we’re still a premier league team. Huge for us in every run in.

Worst signing- Sigurdsson. £50m down the drain, that was the point I knew we didn’t have a clue

Craziest moment- Moshiri saying lukakus mum did some sort of voodoo that told him not to sign a new deal.

Best manager- Silva. The only manager who looked like he was building something. Let down by the club massively.

Worst manager- Koeman. Started the rot and had us on the backfoot ever since.
Agree 100% with Marco Silva. Understand why the axe fell, but he did at least look like he had a plan. Definitely felt like there was more to come from him had the board just held their nerve and given him a bit more time.

Koeman was just here for the payday. He really didn't give two fucks about the club. It was just a paycheque for him. He was never really invested in the project at all.

He probably has the best record out of all the managers.

What would your answers be?

I recall the defending set pieces is what killed Silva?

Worst game. This years Bournemouth reversal

Best signing. Pickford

Worst signing. Maupay.

Craziest moment. Headlock gate

Best manager. Carlo

Worst manager. Benitez.

That and the board not buying players for the positions he identified and instead just doing their own catastrophic thing.

Best game:

4-0 vs Man City, pity that was also when Tom Davies and Ademola Lookman peaked for Everton.

Worst game:

Oh so many so here is my shortlist:

3-0 defeat to Sunderland which was Martinez’s last game. Hated seeing Allardyce whipping up the crowd.

The Lyon and Atalanta defeats in the Europa League under Koeman. In fact that season alone had a lot of abysmal games including a number where we didn’t register a shot on target.

5-2 defeat against Watford - Benitez lasting 3 more months was a huge Moshiri cockup

4-1 defeat to Newcastle in 2003. I really thought our time in the top flight would be over. Plus Ben Godfreys performance was the single worst individual worst performance I had seen for a very long time.

Best Signing
- Gana

Worst Signing

Again so many but will go for the below shortlist as these players were bought with no long term vision and the reason we have been in such a financial mess:

Tosun, Bolasie, Walcott, Gbamin, Sigurdsson.

Craziest Moshiri moment(s)

- Using Jim White to speak about Everton
- Going on a spending spree one summer and by Christmas appointing Sam Allardyce as manager.
- Appointing Benitez.
- Having a managerial shortlist of Dyche and Bielsa.

Least worst manager:

Slim pickings, I’m going with Dyche because he’s the manager who has had the most limited resources and his brief has largely been to keep us up. However his football is still atrocious and looking forward to a new manager coming in with a fresh modern direction.

Worst manager:

A lot of candidates here. I’m going with two:

Benitez: Was never ever going to work and it got toxic very quickly. Falling out with players like Digne who we’ve not really replaced successfully 3 years later.

Koeman: Had the most resources in Everton’s history but fucked it up so enormously. Also one of the most detached managers we’ve had at the club.

Unfortunately the Moshiri era has been a disaster, we are lucky we are still a premier league club.

Best game beating city 4-0
Worst game i know i will never get over that bournemouth game
Best signing Pickford, as ram said the reason we are still a premier league team
Worst signing where the hell do you start, there's so many how do you pick only one
Craziest moment Appointing Benitez
Best manager Carlo, hardly a ringing endorsement when you see the dross he he was up against.
Worst manager dead heat lampard and benitez

Best game - Palace comeback, as much for the communal cathartic release as anything else.
Worst game - where to start? Luton at home last season and Southampton away this season, if you haven’t won a game you know who you want to meet.
Best signing - Pickford, gets better and better, loves us and is ever so slightly bonkers
Worst signing - Tosun, probably unfair to pick him out of a cast of thousands
Craziest moment - headlockgate and the subsequent absentee board, whatever were they thinking?
Best manager - have we had one? I’m going to go with Dyche for the job he’s done in the circumstances he’s faced
Worst manager - I’m going to go with Dyche for being a constant reminder of how far we have fallen that I pick him as our best manager of the last 8 years

Best game: Everton 4-0 Manchester City
Worst game: Everton 2-5 Watford
Best signing: Pickford
Worst signing: Klaassen (at least Gbamin had an excuse)
Craziest moment: DCL v Palace (Headlock a close second)
Best manager: Ancelotti
Worst manager: Lampard
This is pretty much mine although beating the Shite 2-0 last season a day before my birthday having dropped on a ticket last minute was my best game. The rest I really couldn't disagree.

*The thing that makes Klaassen so frustrating is I genuinely thought he would turn out really good. Some others have been shite but not as surprisingly as he was.

I can’t say I have strong opinions about all of these but Benitez is comfortably the worst manager for me.

He had absolutely nothing about him. Past it tactically, terrible man manager, control freak despite his total lack of ability.

It’s a miracle we didn’t go down that season.

Might have made it easier for himself if he didn't go to Watford and play for a 0-0 when they on course to break the record for most consecutive home losses though

Best game - The Palace game - for the emotion in the moment, but if you step back to look at it you could argue that it was the worst game for us to be in that must-win situation.
Worst game - The Bournemouth collapse at their place was unforgivable.
Best signing - Head = Pickford - so important, we’d have been long gone without him. Heart = James - what a chance to see a footballer play for Everton again.
Worst signing - where to fucking start? Gbames played? Money sspentsson? Sheer klaas? The list is endless, pointless and fruitless.
Crazy moment - Everton ruining the transfer window and going to win the lot.
Worst manager - Benitez. Ugly, ugly time to be a Blue. Fucked off James for no reason, divided the fanbase and our left hand side has still not recovered.
Best manager - Head = Silva, the only one I’d have back. Heart = Carlo, what a holiday romance that was.
