There is some comedy value to them ending up with a way bigger stadium than the (biggest in the country, Europe and the world) club they share the city with but I worry for anyone genuinely claiming to like the design.

I know I said it earlier in the thread, but just make it a rectangle, a chimney in each corner, blue smoke coming out of them at kick off... They didn't need to make it look so unbelievably shit

there should be some better reference to the citys industrial history - not ugly great chimneys with no aesthetic charm or design in them
look at the newest skyscraper in manhattan - the jp morgan building - bare iron girders support the whole structure
its magnificent - its something out of the 1920s it just works
birminghams new ground is simply ugly
wheres dan meis when you need him

Meis pitched for the job apparently but lost out to someone who looks like they play a lot of Minecraft.

It's a bizarre choice to go with, although I suppose chimneys represent pollution and a bygone era, which will make all the gammon Blues fans happy.
