Phoned them and they relisted the tickets for me and refunded me, thankfully.

Any spares for the Palace game?

I was hoping to come up for the Palace game after West Ham just wasn't feasible. But the frigging train is bus replacement between Worcester and Birmingham, so that's that idea gone.

They’ve saved you there to be fair

They dropped the prices of some of the Hospitality tix for Crystal Palace (eg. the corner of North Stand, was 149 each earlier, now 99).
Maybe finding that there aren’t as many suckers as they originally thought.

Quick question my two tickets came through for the palace game, can I have both tickets on my phone to get us both in or do I really need to have one on my Dads phone.

The only wallet he has is a tri fold leather one in his pocket and a digital one is no bueno for the old fella.

2 on a phone is fine, just make sure that you open up and scan the QR code for each one to get in. So scan 1 QR code for your Dad, he goes through the turnstile, then scan the 2nd QR code and go through yourself.

Great stuff thanks for answering that mate, I just wanted to make it as easy as possible for him and me, it'll probably be a bit of a faff the whole adventure anyway.

No problem, had the same question at the start of the season as I've got mine and my son's both on my phone

Anyone able to actually view tickets for resale? Im trying to get one for my lad and the website says the event isn’t available to me and thats both for my membership and his.

Fine for me mate, 22 tickets on there at the moment.

Box office have told me that because my already has a ticket, I can't see tickets for other members that I manage...but even the person I spoke to didnt seem sure.

He suggested that I need to create a separate email and login for his membership and go from there even though I have permission to manage tickets for his membership through mine and was able to do that during the preseason.

Obviously not the fault of the people you end up speaking to, but the admin/IT side of the club has been dreadful for a long time. Frustrating but it is what it is at this point. Hopefully the separate log-in works for you.
