20 mil would be ok for me.

Not read the article, but if it’s saying Marsesca wants him then it’s probably just to get a better deal, basically saying they’re not desperate to get rid.

Hope so.

The thing for me with Grealish (and I love him btw) is that we need a better left back to unlock his potential.

How many times did we use him as our out ball only for him to slow the attack down because nothing was happening around him?

Buy a new left back who is constantly bombing down the line past him and Grealish suddenly becomes incredible for us. Levels not seen since James.

Whatever the final outcome is we will certainly not know until very late in the window. Maresca will want to take him on their Far East pre season after taking a look at him in training before making a decision, by the time it’s confirmed we won’t be getting him we will be bottom fishing for whatever is left availlable.

Well last season the middle of August when he signed so it it drags in that long again , then yeah we're fucked again.

All the other business needs to be done by then.

I was going to say that it's interesting he's training with us, but I'm guessing his loan hasn't actually expired yet?

Anyone know when loans usually expire?

Would be an odd way to announce he's staying if it has and he's still here.

I thought it was 30th June that contracts expire in the world of footy.
