Think he will do fine and it's a sensible signing. It will help us structurally having a DM whose instinct is to sit and maintain discipline.

Players like Barry and Milner don’t come along very often. Highly versatile, hyper-dependable, super-consistent players that are at a very good PL standard are absolute gold dust, especially for clubs like ours.
I don’t put Norgaard in that bracket but that is no slight on him and doesn’t mean he won’t be a success here.

I think when someone has a decent game, or scores or we win, we are overly positive on here if anything.
But if the opposite happens we go the other way very quickly.
