I am in love, I can't deny.
But Dibling's pace, and McNeil's face will get us by.
50 million quid...or maybe more,
Would pay for Jack and likely see us bottom 4.

Actually if we were to get £60m plus for him, replace with George, Jack back and another, possibly the lad from Leicester (can’t remember his name, fatawa or something) for a knockdown price, then that’s not a bad deal.
If Gordon goes for £70m then Ndaiye is surely worth £60m.
How is Ndaiye not worth more of fee than the rat? Seems to me that he's accomplished waaaaay more than the rat had when he was moved on.

Ndiaye at this moment in time would not go for more than Gordon.

Gordon has proven himself at CL level, is younger, faster (counts a lot for why Barca wanted him) and has England price tag bump.

Ndiaye has potential for better, but stats wise it’s a bit spotty still. AFCON is not really held with the same regard as other competitions. We know what he can do, but right now he’s just not going to be worth more than Gordon.

I’d add I’m surprised Gordon went for as much as he did, I personally don’t rate him that highly, but I don’t think it means Ndiaye would fetch a more inflated price.

Fair, I should add that I was thinking about Gordon's transfer from us to the bar codes when saying that my belief is that Ndiaye has accomplished more than the rat had, and should fetch more for us if he were to leave.

I would rather we didn't go for Grealish, let Ndiaye play in his preferred position and signed George to compete with him as an understudy.

I'm exactly this. I'm still seething about that end to the season. Palace, Bournemouth, and fucking Sunderland all in Europa next season. Great chance for one of them to win it and get Champions League.

I don't give a shit who stays or who goes, and that includes the manager. Absolute bunch of bottle jobs.

That's a good point, I'm not sure if the statistics support one side or the other, but I think he's equally effective on the left or the right. As previously noted, the hindrance is who's sat behind him. I agree with Liz, far and away my favorite player in this squad.

Yeah, an attacking RB behind him would make a big difference

Doesn’t sound great.

He’s probably off if someone comes in with a serious bid.

£50m and he’s gone. Not sure I see anyone coming in for him though.

He's coming off an Afcon interupted PL straight into the world cup. Needs to give those little legs of his a rest after that, get back to his sharpest.
