Still not good enough for me need another lukaku type to push us on Beto won’t get 20+ goals in a season misses way too many chances done well this season happy for him to stick around but not as first choice

Errr not sure who our last 20 goals a season striker was, but pretty sure if there was someone bagging 20 a season then there would be about 40 clubs ahead of us in the pecking order.

Not really wissa and Mbuemu were almost there this season wood as well so it isn’t like they aren’t there we just have to find the right one dcl scored 20 under Carlo I think

Lovely idea but only 5 players scored 20+ this season. Plucking a 20+ goal scorer out of thin air this summer may not be impossible but, it is a long way from probable.

If Beto started all 38 games. Think he would hit 16-20 no bother.

Would i like better, 100% do i think we can find better for a good price i doubt it.

So he got 8 this season in the league. He only began starting games consistently in February? Even then he was dropped for a few.

What makes you think he couldn't score 8 goals between August and January?

Nope and another nope for good measure.

His average goals per season in Seria A was 10.5, so he ain't getting 16-20 in the Premier League.

Let's just be realistic here, he's scored a decent number since Moyes came in, but we've been in talks with Delap so Moyes clearly doesn't believe Beto can bag those kind of numbers, and if he doesn't then we really shouldn't either.

Delap would be Callum Wilson’s replacement at the barcodes, not Isak’s

If you remove all players released from this year's squad.and all players who's contract expires next month, thin is what we're left with.

1. Jordan Pickford

2. Nathan Patterson
3. James Tarkowski
4. Vitalii Mykolenko
5. Jarrad Branthwaite
6. Jake O'Brien

7. James Garner
8. Tim Iroegbunam

9. Dwight McNeil
10. Iliman Ndiaye
11. Beto
12. Youssef Chermiti

Loads of other priorities there. We're not selling Beto and while we're at it, Myko will be starting next season.
