He can be very selfish when has the ball. Wouldn't miss him if he went. I forgot he was playing yesterday. He'll turn it on in the world cup when other teams are watching.

Unless we get big money for him…

People wanting to sell him do my head in. Sure his form dropped some toward the end of the season, but the man played an entire season sat in front of either Mykolenko or JOB.

Ndiaye out and Bowen and Grealish in would be Moyes' wet dream.

We don't need to keep inventing extra reasons to slag Moyes off. There are plenty of real things to talk about and criticise him for. Moyes played Ndiaye for every minute he possibly could all season long, to a fault.

Also Grealish and Bowen have far outperformed Ndiaye in their careers and have been significantly better players than Ndiaye, so your contrived diss doesn't even make logical sense.

Your second sentence reinforces my point beautifully.

Iliman was on course for 10 goals and 5 assists prior to AFCON, and that halved from when Jack got injured and he returned.

Players are not to be viewed in isolation.

And should instead be given completely free rein to underperform based on hypothetical circumstances.

Post hoc ergo propter hoc.

All we have is his he performed. And he didn’t do well enough.
