The McNeil sub was the weirdest thing by far, I can to a degree understand his lack of involvement to date as he's often going to be subbing in for Ndiaye or Grealish but unfortunately for him they are currently far and away our best sources of goals and I think most would be reluctant to sub them unless we're in a position where we're coasting (almost unheard of).

The only way he really gets involved if those two aren't injured/suspended or such is if we figure a way for them to play together.

Eh. I’m not worried about a teenager not getting a game.

Tons of raw talent here. If Moyes keeps behaving like he has, we’ll be in the market for someone who actually likes working with young players soon enough.

I am trying to not stress about it, but he's looking a mistake. He's played 62 minutes of premier league football this season, thats.... alarming, for what we've paid. There is no one convincing me we intended to buy him to play the long game on him... but at this rate we'll be loaning him back out soon.

How is he looking like a mistake?

Because we paid 40% of our summer transfer kitty on him and he has played 62 minutes in the league this season, so far. That wasn't the plan, surely.

I could turn it round and ask why you think it was a good decision?🙂

U21 England international, as well as being one of the most exciting prospects out there.

6'1" winger/attacking midfielder with quick feet, press resistant and a possession maintainer.

Same with Barry, it won't happen overnight, we need to be patient and nurturing.

Liverpool have bought 22 players worth more than him, and spent almost 12x times his value in just the last window.

He's neither a risk or all that expensive. Have patience.

Probably a mistake in that we could have signed two good enough full backs. Just look at Diouf at West Ham.im sure we were linked with him when he was at Prague and would transform our left side and help Grealish not be so exposed.

Dibbling is so young, a move away from a club that treated him as family was always going to be hard and he is under a manager that doesn’t trust teenagers. He’s also not particularly quick, which is what we have been crying out for!
