People talking about replacing Pickford easily if we sell for £60M+ are in for a rude awakening if it happens. It’ll not all go on a replacement and it’ll be like going from Baines to Mykolenko.

One of the best in the league so no idea why people think we could replace for far less without any drop off.

But then again it was pretty unanimous a while back that Dubravka was better and he can't even get in ahead of Pope who's a massively inferior keeper to Pickford so I tend to think people might be a little inaccurate when it comes to this topic.

Fuck that - I don’t even want him playing for Wales

I imagine it wouldn't be easy, or cheap, but id like Ait-Nouri, just have to hope Wolves get relegated

Be great but pretty sure he would end up at a CL club, he's quality.

Kyle Walker-Peters has looked good recently, even providing cover at LB - out of contract in the summer too.

Also got to think ahead which is the tough part.

Even if he lasts the season I will be surprised if we dont change managers and bin dyche off.

Need to be thinking about the profile of player we bring in but it will be more likely just to ensure survival this year.

Right wing is priority for me.

Someone who isn't Harrison basically.

Full backs can wait until the summer unless something obvious is doable in Jan.

Havent watched him that much before, but thought he did really well against West Ham in the highlights I saw.

We shouldn't really contemplate sending Doucoure anywhere until we get someone in who shows they're up to the task.

Also, in terms of Pickford everyone has their price, but I just can't see anyone really paying that much over the odds it'd be worth it to us. Teams rarely spend super big on keepers, and it doesn't seem to scale the same way so even if we got 50-60 it'd likely cost 30/35 to replace him unless we could find a real diamond in the rough. That gives us a little extra to spend elsewhere but it's not like you'd pocket so much it significantly ups our spending power. Personally with the transitions at the club some stability is good and I'd prefer to keep him around a couple more seasons at least.

Would be nice to have some exciting incoming links.

If it’s just one player I’m happy and if that player is a pacey right winger who can cross and finish. Three qualities sadly lacking in Harrison’s game

Harrison is another who should only play on the left wing, would definitely see the best of him there.

Tyrick Mitchell has 6 months left on his contract from Jan, and can talk to clubs. 25. Would be ideal.

Imagine there will be bigger, richer clubs in for him unfortunately.

Yeah, he’s got Man U written all over him. I’m sure he’s another talent they’re gonna waste.

He can only talk to foreign clubs in January. Stupid rule!
