Tête is a very defensive fullback, he’s not an attacking overlapping type

I'm not personally convinced this is a great deal for us or necessarily what we particularly needed.

I have just watched 1 minute of a YouTube video of his dribbling skills. Blimey. He is some talent. And there was 8 minutes of it.

He is serious. Has the skills, great turn, pace, uses both feet equally, goes through gaps between players.

Get him in asap.

The antithesis of a Moyes signing, imo. Especially with the squad being so short.

He’ll want someone who will guarantee him a 7/10 performance every game and can cover multiple positions.

2 goals and 0 assists all season. More than £35m. Get out of there Everton

I really want him here, I think he'll be some player in a year or two and be able to contribute before that development spike kicks in.

However I think £35m + £8m in add ons is already too high so not sure if go anywhere beyond that.

This kid will blow up somewhere, I just don't think we can afford to blow the budget on him.

Exactly mate, there's a reason why he's so highly rated at a young age. He's immensely talented, just needs to develop a bit.

We'll be gutted we missed out on him down the line imo if we don't get him... but I also think his price tag is more than we can afford, and probably more than he's worth right now.
