Probably seen a few good champions league ones.

In the main, finals are rubbish games of football to watch.
You’ve been unlucky, 1970 the ultimate Brazil, 1978 the glamour of that Argentina team, 1982 Italy and Tardelli, 1986 second half was incredible…agree it’s been slim pickings since then.

Over here, as shit as Lalas was, Zlatan was pretty entertaining, Henry is still a cheating hand-ball french bastard.

A fair grudge to hold but Henry’s top notch for me.

He’s especially insightful when breaking down attacking movement. Not hard to understand why he was such a brilliant player.

Glad it is over, just an overriding sense of this tournament being all kinds of wrong, not the fault of the players except for the Argentinian jokers.

At least Spain who on the lefty side and have taken a moral stance against the war in middle east won the WC.

Good can prevail.

How can they even be upset to lose when they've played like that. They've got the world's biggest victim mentality

I just watched the 3rd place playoff. Two things:

1. Just cemented the fact that Tuchel fucked up by not taking the handbrake off in the semi.

2. Watching Bellingham hump Jordan Henderson’s leg at the end of the game was fucking disgusting. Never seen anything like it in my life. That wasn’t a bromance - that was a straight-up late night, Channel 5 soft porn love in. Eurgh! Sick in my mouth.
