The song probably was but now it's the go to line of any England fan that has a microphone shoved in front of their face, it's not so much annoying, it's just boring.Audrey Horne wrote: ↑Wed Jul 15, 2026 6:03 pm It's a joke though the coming home stuff, self deprecating humour.

Re: World Cup 2026
I've checked on this thread from time to time to see people's opinions and I have checked the results most mornings but haven't watched a single game. I'd swap an England world cup trophy win for us getting a moderately dangerous throw in in a league cup tie but I don't actively want them to lose or support the opposition or anything. I'm just not interested.Audrey Horne wrote: ↑Wed Jul 15, 2026 6:07 pm Like probably most football fans (surely?) I am affected a million times more with my club team.
I'll be sad if England lose but like others, tomorrow I'll.not feel any different.
Whereas Everton, I'd feel suicidal
In a world full of adversity, we must still dare to dream.

Re: World Cup 2026
Why does that little fella from Man Utd bite his hand when the players do that gimpy thing when they’re showing tue lineups.
