yeah thats what i initially thought but comms kept saying 66 stat - only counts in 90 mins
which is odd because surely you have to inc extra time

Urgh I have Balogun in a bet that’s going quite well to score four or more goals so that’s a killer for me.

How are we all watching the Mexico game then?

I’m wfh and the baby is in nursery on the Monday so it works out well for me.

Bed by 3, up at 9. Hopefully it doesn’t go to pens.

Up at 6:30 and watch it with my kid on catch-up before he goes to school.

I'm not going to watch it, I'm taking the boy to school at 7:30am on Monday and have a full day at work.

My view is that if we win, I get to watch the next match live.

If we lose, I didn't waste my time when I could have been sleeping.

I have a few Portuguese guys in my team and I asked one of them what he thinks of Martinez. He said that they hate him in Portugal, properly hate him.

He said in Portugal his nickname is Ruca, which is what they call Caillou, who's that whiny little Canadian cunt and that really made me laugh

It's actually a bank holiday here on Monday so I'm thinking watch the Nascar at 11pm then turn over to the footy at 1.

Reality is I'll probably go to bed and check score in the morning as I'm not arsed about England

We opened the scoring against Cameroon in 1990; the 1966 stat referred to is England winning after conceding the first goal, which we did against DR Congo yesterday and West Germany in '66
