If we actually top the Group think it will be Congo DR,

At the moment Group L will qualify as 3rd will have 4 points (Ghana). So that leaves 4 combinations, 2 of which result in England playing 3rd in Group I (Senegal) and 2 are Group K (DR Congo)

So if the following teams qualify in 3rd place:

Iran and South Korea go through - Senegal
Iran and Algeria/Austria go through - Senegal
Iran and DR Congo - DR Congo
DR Congo and Algeria/Austria go through - DR Congo

Going to assume nobody in Group K will make up the big goal difference that would change the teams possibly.

So yeah, basically if DR Congo win then England will play them. If they don't win then they'll play Senegal.
