We've really failed if we can't a tune out of a lad that shows in those videos above what talent he has.
Whatever we're doing, or not doing, needs sorting to not let this opportunity just fizzle out.

Do our bench squad ever play in the reserves/u21/u23’s or whatever it is these days?

Can’t be tired out for those 4 minutes they’ll be lucky to get if Moyes ever remembers we can make 5 subs these days

Potentially brilliant.
Incidentally, if you want to know the only style of music that I really dislike, the tune in that vid is perfect.
Re: Tyler Dibling
Has ball carrying ability but needs to get his head up. Running down blind alleys a lot in that highlights reel.

What happened to Everton's £40m signing Dibling? - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/ar ... 5pz1d5432o
Re: Tyler Dibling
I'm not sure there's any truth in that, but Russell Martin said he can play there, in the 10, as an 8 or out wide.
Might be we've had a go at various positions in training matches because no one quite knows what his best position is, rather than some weird forcing of him to play as a striker for no reason.
A lack of really having an obvious position is something that probably is holding him back though, he's not quick enough to be a winger, he's not defensively solid enough to be an 8, and probably doesn't press well enough to be a 10.
A more modern manager might see that as a bonus, much like O'Reilly has played as an inverted LB who spends half his ime in the left 10 position or drifting in to ST for City, but under Moyes we're never going to have fluid interchanges of position like that.

One thing is for certain, we need to try and make it work with this lad.
He is clearly an expensive talent that we have at our disposal and the manager has a duty of care to the lad, the club and the fans to try and find a solution.
