Got an incredibly likable squad from top to bottom.

This all feels right, like the soul of the club is back.

No more throwing stupid money at whatever overpriced garbage agents are peddling, back to targeting players who work hard on and off the pitch and can play a bit to top it off.

Yeah he comes across as another really good character in that interview, speaks really well and seems very switched on.

Really looking forward to seeing what he brings to the team

The German way of speaking is so understated. Seems like another good personality though for the locker room, clearly has a desire to do well and make the step up.

No idea he existed but he looks a player.

He's good competition for a starting place, high potential and I actually think he's the Gana successor - not an exact regen but mobile & physical.

So he’s used to deputising at left back too. That makes a lot of sense.
Interesting to see what happens with Aznou.

Moyes gave merlin rohl to you, gave Merlin rohl to you

I've spoken to a few german friends who remember him from his time at Ingolstadt as they're lower league fans, said he reminded them of a young Goretska which is high praise indeed

But his reason for 34 is pretty cool. Aware of his privileged upbringing and inspired by putting in the hard work to achieve your dreams.

Merlin Rohl's got it
He's gonna take you on
He's gonna score
Gonna score
Gonna leave you
Crying on the floor
He's ours
And he's number 34
