It probably would have helped us if they had done this season what they done a few seasons back and made the transfer window shut the day before the season started.

Would have forced our hand to get our business done.

Right, then.

Anyone up for Anthony if we can’t get the Dibling deal done?

He's definately better than our current right winger.

A Grealish/Antony winger redemption story sounds appealing, but he's done fuck all in the PL.

All RWs we've either bid for or enquired about. These are the confirmed attempts so haven't included any random links.

4 have turned us down.
2 we've been priced out of

I think that shows it's a tough market, especially for a team looking to take significant steps forward by targeting young players who've already established themselves.

You'd have expected at least one of those 6 would have got over the line but we aren't attractive to players who can realistically move to a better team.

Need to get something done though, even if it's someone raw who we can develop and will at minimum replace the output of Jack Harrison.

Think we’ll get a couple of quality players in still, plus a couple of squad fillers. If this happens it’ll still leave us short as we need quality in at least three positions, but it’d be ok for now
