Leeds have walked away from signing him apparently, wage demands are too high. Deluded if he thinks he's getting anything more than fairly average PL wages..

I would hope that we have learned from mistakes like that.

Seems very much surplus to requirements. With Beto, Barry incomming, Big Youseff, and Micky 3 goals we're set at striker!

Difference is Keane was made an offer and he said yes.
Dom was made an offer and said no.

No way could he come back to the club now and more or less say “couldn’t find anything better, I’ve changed my mind” and no way would Moyes accept that.

Agree about the sentiment. I think if the finances are right, Moyes wouldn't care.

But I can't imagine Dom would be willing to take the ego-hit (that's not me saying he has an out of control ego - just in general it would be difficult for a young man to eat this kind of return)

Maybe he could be our 4th choice striker? Apparently they only have to play 3 games a season and their wages don’t count.

United can sack a few life long canteen staff and lash £150k a week at him though

Leeds just laughed at him when he said what he was after

DCL will likely do his ACL anyway wherever he ends up.
