Re: Everton v Nottingham Forest

Not wishing to put a dampener on it at all but when you look at todays, tomorrows and Tuesdays catch up fixtures I would imagine we will be about 9th, albeit only one point away from fifth. Dare to dream……while at the same time take a photo of the current league table. It’s so so much better than t...

Re: Everton v Nottingham Forest

Top 5 in December. Settled into the new home very nicely. Magic stuff.

Re: 25-26 International Blues III

I think asking Seamus to play 90 in the EPL is very different to asking him to play 90 minutes in a low block in a game of International football. I’m not for a second taking away from the man. He stepped in and has somehow solidified us. He’s a great leader and one we were badly missing on the pitch.

Re: What are you expecting from 2025/26

Losing to the teams that are better than us and have better squads. Getting results against the mid to lower table teams. Its the Moyes way. Nothing much has changed and I can't see us troubling the top half. The question is do we have enough to stay 10th to 14th. I'm not sure.

Called up to the Irish Squad. Along with John Egan. Good to see them going for youth. In all fairness O'Shea and Collins have been worse than bad.

Re: Iliman Ndiaye

It may be time to give him a go as a false 9 and pull Grealish inside into the 10.
Give Dibbling an extended run. We need to mix it up. Its predictable at the moment.

Good to see we are still ahead of the curve in making history. Amatuer officiating in the biggest professional league in the world.

I’m sure Moyes wanted to ease him in to the league but his hand is being forced to start him regularly now.

Re: The Getting Carried Away Thread

Had a conversation with the little blues in the family around the breakfast table on Sunday morning after watching MOTD. When’s the soonest do you think we could win the champions league Dad? Next year kids, next year….we just have to keep Grealish.

The money we have spent, barring maybe Dibling, is all relatively low risk and the right profile. Cant really complain other than the position that shall not be named.

Risk this for Palace. If I Glasner I'd be thinking my position over
Tough one for them. Probably should have sold him in the last window. Their hands were pretty much tied with the contract running down.

Can’t lie, feeling rather crabby about it now.
COD, I hake this club.
Well at least it looks like we might be catching Marlin Rohl.
