He was everywhere today, great on the ball and off it.
Loved the little battle in the middle that ended with him kicking off a little bit. He refused to be bullied by them and won battle after battle all game.
The best signing we've made in years!

Re: Thierno Barry
Did we need that though? He's not had a shot on target yet, but made himself the number 1 pick and we're 9th. Maybe....it's fine to bed him in? I'm sorting of trying to convince myself with this more than anything because I do really like him but genuinely concerned by his low production like. Mayb...

Re: Thierno Barry
Unfortunately for him, we needed someone who could hit the ground running and fill a huge gaping hole in the first team, and he's going to need time and patience if he's ever going to be able to do that, and obviously, there's no guarantee he will. Not his fault but if we don't see more soon I think...

Re: Thierno Barry
He has three technically gifted players around him to give him some service, so if they haven’t been able to find him yet this season it probably means he isn’t making any kind of dangerous runs. Put a Jamie Vardy for example or someone like that in there and they find the clever movement all day l...

Re: Thierno Barry
It's so hard to judge him because he's feeding off nothing, and probably snatching at the half good chances as a result.

Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
Maybe but tbf there are lots of people that seem to be encountering it. We've also had people nearby who clearly aren't the usual sort of people you'd expect to find in the type of area that the South is supposed to be, not knocking them as we've had no grief but can defo see why there are issues I...

Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
I must be lucky as I've not really seen any of that around me where I am in the Upper South. Same but most around me sit down after standing up for an exciting moment. I sat in the standing section for one game and witnessed two arguments over people standing all game though. Which I dont get, that...

Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
The entire South Stand. It's supposed to be the atmosphere generating stand in the ground. If you want to sit down for 90 minutes then there's the North, West and East. If you're in the Upper South then expect people to sit down mostly but get up off their seats for exciting moments, attackers, cou...

Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
And, maybe naively, I don't think there'd be that many of them in the same place if it was due to discriminatory behaviour. As Goaljira says, they'd be kicked out instantly and certainly contacted directly rather than just a sticker on a seat. Agreed, makes you wonder what kind of language they are...

Yeah, you can't be grabbing people.Audrey Horne wrote: ↑Mon Dec 01, 2025 10:44 pm Yeah this was being stood for ten seconds. Insane behaviour imo to scream at people to sit down. Was grabbing people in front as well as she shouted. Id have swung for her if I'd been sat in front.

Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
The entire south stand? Or the standing bit?
About half the people there are in the wrong place if you want them all standing, as there's plenty of old folks who won't be up to it.

Re: Tyler Dibling
He's another one we won't see the best of until we improve the players around him. Even in those 10 minutes, we didn't get the ball into him quickly enough and as there wasn't enough movement around him, it was easy for them to just stack two players in front of him.

Re: David Moyes
It all comes down to interpretation and what you think his comments mean. I honestly don't think he's saying we should never beat those teams or have chance. Ultimately we're not at their level. Man for man, outside of maybe 3 players, they are better than us. As squad, in terms of their balance, th...
