Could understand if it was a throwaway one off comment, but he's done it a few times. Surely being consistently told you're a bit shit is going to play on anyone's mind however much you try to use it as motivation. Just think it's a bit uncalled for from your manager.

I'm not really a fan of Moyes' digs at Beto either, and looking at Beto' this pre season, and the way he's started the season he does seem at times like somethings affecting him. It's a slightly underwhelming signing, but we're getting into desperation territory now so it's not surprising. I do think he's a decent player though and it's one of the midfield positions we really needed, quite happy with it really.
