Re: Arsenal v Everton
Fucks sake, he’s placed his ankle onto the pitch - why are the refs letting them get away with this bulshit

Re: Arsenal v Everton
That was never a foul by Beto on Saliba, soft decisions like that massively favour the “big” sides

Re: Arsenal v Everton
Arsenal have looked pretty shakey lately and were very poor against Brighton. If they get a goal though you'd expect them to hold out for the win as they're very strong defensively, if we manage to keep out clean sheet to 70+ minutes I can see them throwing bodies forward and being open on the break...

Re: Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall
It's situation dependent for me. I think for games where we want to be on the front foot then I'd have him deeper where he can provide a bit more quality at the base of things. You'd then want maybe someone like Alcaraz in the 10 to be that extra attacking threat in a more chaotic way. But for game...

Re: Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall
Really good addition to the squad but I'm still not convinced on him as the 10 and think he's much better as one of a midfield three. Main issue with him as the 10 is that he seems to pick the wrong pass too often when breaking forward with time to think, his technique is obviously there I think it'...

Re: David Moyes
Yeah, I get all that, and agree with much of it, but my worry is that shit has a tendency to level out to the mean at some point. Sandro’s goalscoring season and Martinez season 1 with all those worldies (and somewhat ironically built on the bedrock of Moyes’ solid foundations) are testament to thi...

Re: Tim Iroegbunam
You think gana is our worst cm? I think as of performances in the last [emoji639] months Garner and Tim are both better already. Gana is probably still better than Rohl and Armstrong but not by so much that it would make a big difference. More importantly they’re both on the way up and he’s on the ...

Re: Tim Iroegbunam
He was our best player last night, for me he starts over any of our other CMs except Garner.
Garner>Tim>Armstrong>Rohl>Gueye.
Gueye has been a great servant but his time starting games at this level is gone

Re: Future Captain Harrison Armstrong
He should be back out on loan but the Grealish injury fucked us.
I wouldn't start him in CM either though, I think as of right now Iroegbunam is the better CM option over Armstrong, Rohl or Gana as he adds some much needed dynamism in there and can actually turn and carry the ball forward.

Re: David Moyes
I keep seeing people saying that we're not getting europe so might as well play the kids, but there's absolutely no way Moyes and a team of competitive professional athletes are giving up on european qualification when we're 3 points off 7th with 11 games to play. Now, personally I think playing Pat...

I know he’s not first choice but Madueke is not a champions league level winger, all flash with no delivery and loses the ball a lot

Brentford just bullying Arsenal here, they’re really struggling to play out from the back.
Although Brentford do tend to tire, they’re can’t compete at this level for ninety minutes

Re: Iliman Ndiaye
Honestly it’s not necessarily a bad thing as if he smashed it right now he’d be knocking on the door for a big contract or his agent would have him leaving in the summer - we’re vastly underpaying him at the minute
